The School has been working with Greenfield Valley for the last two academic years to transform the landscape behind the school, along the Greenfield cycle path. During this time, our students have helped Holywell Town Council and Greenfield Valley employees to do all sorts of activities to improve the area, such as planting trees. This time, our school council members tidied up the area by collecting litter, planted wild flowers, took ratings of the wildlife in the area and helped make hay rakes.
We love it when our students can get out to support our local community, learning about how to make environmental improvements all whilst learning the importance of volunteering and community engagement. Check out some of the pictures below!
