Welcome to the transition page of Ysgol Treffynnon.

Our numbers are growing every year and it is wonderful to see so many students starting their journey with Ysgol Treffynnon. We have a dedicated pastoral team who will ensure a smooth transition from their primary to our secondary school.

Student wellbeing is at the top of our agenda and we work hard to facilitate many transition activities to support our new students to adjust to their new school routines as they start their secondary education.

Once your child has been allocated a place at Ysgol Treffynnon we will need to gather information from you to support their transition. When your child's place has been confirmed by the local authority, we ask that you use the link below to complete the data and consent form that is required before your child starts at Ysgol Treffynnon. Please click submit at the end of the form once all fields are completed. This information will be received directly the the school and used to update your child school records. In addition if your child has a medical need, please can you complete the Medical Form using the link provided.
